These terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and anyone interacting with our services.
2. Nature and Scope of Services
Qcert360 is a consulting and advisory company that provides:
- Certification consultancy (ISO, CE, HACCP, GMP, SOC 1&2, GDPR, etc.)
- Documentation development and review
- Gap assessments
- Online and on-site training
- Pre-audit and audit readiness support
- Technical file preparation
- Supplier and product compliance guidance
- Internal audit support
We are not a certification body. Final certification decisions are made solely by accredited third-party organizations. Our role is to guide, prepare, and support you through the certification process.
We always aim to provide accurate and updated guidance; however, standards, regulations, and certification requirements can change. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they follow the most recent version of any standard.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver accurate and effective consultancy, clients agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information about the requirement
- Ensure access to relevant staff, processes, and documents
- Implement recommended changes within agreed timelines
- Communicate delays, challenges, or project changes promptly
- Maintain internal accountability for their management systems
Qcert360 is not responsible for project delays or audit failures caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect information
- Failure to implement required changes
- Misrepresentation of business practices
- Missed deadlines or unavailability of client personnel
4. Payment Terms
Our fees are based on the project scope, certification type, number of employees, operational complexity, and locations involved.
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Pay invoices within the agreed payment window
- Settle any additional charges arising from expanded scope or urgent requests
- Understand that consultancy fees become non-refundable once work begins
Delayed payments may result in paused services, withheld documentation, or halted project progress.
